Our History

AptMilano is the real estate brand set up by Fusema s.r.l. with the aim of creating apartments and highlevel residential buildings in the most central areas of Milano, to be rented for short or medium term.

The  Donatello House by AptMilano is the synthesis of a building renovation project of an industrial building, former headquarters of a leading company  in the electronics market, in a new  residential building, lush and private,  in a very quiet environment.

A challenging renovation that has required significant investment, technical expertise of primary value and advanced technological choices, thanks to which it was possible to build a completely new reality for residential use, equipped with  latest generation facilities.

The ventilated roof and the high thermal insulation of  perimeter and internal walls, have allowed to obtain apartments in energy class A2.

Underfloor heating, central air conditioning system and controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) to ensure continuous air exchange in every room, provide excellent air conditioning in each apartment.

The anti-noise fixtures, the acoustically insulated walls and the hydraulic drainage network made with sound-absorbing pipes, have maximized the sound insulation of all rooms.

All accesses managed exclusively with personale magnetic "badges", the intrusion detection systems and the CCTV system guarantee total security.
